Federal Filings, LLC is a full service SEC filing agent.    We have been in business since 2002, and have filed thousands of documents with the SEC.  The company was founded by a CPA and former public company CFO with more than 15 years experience in corporate audit, finance and compliance.  In 2002, he started his own accounting firm, IncFin, LLC. He then formed Federal Filings, LLC as a natural extension of the work flow.  Our organizational philosophy has grown out of this deep understanding of the SEC filing process.   

We believe that our strong background in public-company accounting gives us a real edge over most SEC filing agents.   Not only do we understand  financial reporting and corporate compliance from the CFO’s  perspective, but we have experienced accountants on staff.    This is extremely relevant when it comes to the upcoming XBRL filing requirements. Most  filing agents are simply not capable of doing your XBRL work themselves, and  will outsource this work to expensive third-party service providers.
