The Management Team

Eric J. Hopkins
President and CEO

Mr. Hopkins has been CFO or Controller of publicly held companies for much of his career. In 2002, he opened his  own accounting firm, IncFin, LLC. At the same time, he started EdgarEyes, LLC as a natural extension of the accounting business.  The working philosophy of EdgarEyes, LLC has grown out of this deep understanding of  the filing process as an insider. Mr. Hopkins graduated from Kent State University with a BBA in Accounting, and from Pepperdine University with an MBA in Finance. He  is a licensed CPA in the state of California.

Andrea Cooper has been with EdgarEyes since February 2006. Prior to joining EdgarEyes, Andrea worked in the financial services industry at Dun & Bradstreet for over seven years. Andrea has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University.

Bonnie Thomson

Bonnie Thomson has been with EdgarEyes LLC since fall 2008. She recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a degree from the McCombs School of Business. Prior to working with EdgarEyes, Bonnie worked as a Marketing Associate for an independent Austin business. In addition to Operations, Sales and Marketing for EdgarEyes, Bonnie is also responsible for writing and implementing the company’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) course.
