Mr. Hopkins has been CFO or Controller of publicly
held companies for much of his career. In 2002, he opened his own
accounting firm, IncFin, LLC. At the same time, he
started Federal Filings, LLC as a natural extension of the accounting
business. The working philosophy of Federal Filings, LLC has grown
out of this deep understanding of the filing process as an
insider. Mr. Hopkins graduated from Kent State
University with a BBA in Accounting, and from Pepperdine University
with an MBA in Finance. He is a licensed CPA in the state of
California.

Andrea Cooper has been with
Federal Filings since February 2006. Prior to joining Federal Filings, Andrea worked in the
financial services industry at Dun & Bradstreet for over seven years. Andrea
has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from
Texas A&M University.
